During a research trip to Tyrol, Philipp and Diego visited Konrad Burtscher, a farmer in the Ischgarney Alpe dedicated to cows, sheep, pigs and many other farming practices. Once up there, they were welcomed by Konrad with a couple of sips of schnapps made of enzian root.
